• Serve as a strategic partner to a Revenue segment leaders across our Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Strategic Partnership business lines, shaping the segment's long-term strategy, setting goals, and driving accountability against key outcomes • Lead the team in delivering high-quality insights and analytics to Revenue leadership, fielding and managing data requests across market sizing, business performance, competitive landscape, and growth opportunity assessments using internal data and third-party sources • Proactively monitor business trends, KPIs, and leading indicators to identify risks and growth opportunities, translating data signals into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders • Own the strategic narrative for the segment, synthesizing complex, ambiguous problems into structured frameworks, clear points of view, and concrete recommendations on how to grow and protect the business • Partner with segment leaders to design and run the operating rhythm, including business reviews, executive escalations, planning cycles, and progress reporting • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and tooling to improve team workflows, scale analytical capabilities, and eliminate manual, repetitive processes across the revenue organization • Build, mentor, and develop a high-caliber team, fostering a culture of intellectual rigor, ownership, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics roles — ideally with a background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth technology companies
- Dedicated leadership experience with a proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of operating as a strategic advisor to senior or executive leadership, with the ability to influence decisions and drive organizational change
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks and actionable plans
- Outstanding communication skills, able to craft compelling, data-backed narratives that influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Deep analytical fluency, comfortable operating across SQL, Python/R, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to independently interrogate data and generate insights
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiency and scale team impact
- Strong organizational and execution discipline, with a track record of independently driving strategic initiatives from ideation through measurable outcomes
- Extensive cross-functional collaboration experience, with the judgment to navigate competing priorities and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups
