• Own and evolve company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models to support growth and strategic planning • Deliver monthly reporting packages and dashboards with clear, actionable insights • Lead scenario planning and develop materials for executive and board-level discussions • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating financial data into business decisions • Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with company objectives • Support close processes in collaboration with Accounting • Contribute to investor reporting, fundraising support, and long-range planning

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial data, including monthly trends and drivers, with minimal templates and guidance provided. • Assist with the commission process: onboard new hires, process terminations, QA Spiff calculations, distribute statements, track approvals, prepare payroll accruals, and submit data for payroll. • Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting package for senior management and the Board of Directors. • Perform variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actuals to ensure continued refinement of financial processes. • Partner with functional area leaders on hiring and expense planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analytics requests. • Identify policies, processes, and tools in need of improvement and research/recommend solutions to increase efficiency. • Leverage technical strength in querying and presentation tools such as Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to present findings to management.

• Assist customers with questions about their 401k account balance • Help customers make withdrawals, loans, account maintenance • Provide education or resources related to financial services industry

• Lead the end-to-end migration and implementation of SurveyMonkey’s financial models from Anaplan to Pigment, ensuring data integrity and optimized architectural design. • Architect, build, and maintain complex core models within Pigment, including consolidated P&L, workforce planning, and operational drivers to support company-wide forecasting. • Serve as the primary System Administrator for the planning platform. • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Business Systems to translate evolving business requirements into scalable technical solutions and automated reporting dashboards. • Continuous process improvement of the planning cycle by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automated workflows.
