Job Description

Product & Content Marketing Manager

InfinitForm

• Own the story we tell about InfinitForm to customers, buyers, and the broader Physical AI and manufacturing community. • Ship a whitepaper on AI-driven defect detection, film a YouTube walkthrough of a new platform capability, rewrite the sales deck after a messaging shift, launch a lifecycle email for new customers, and publish three LinkedIn posts. • Report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. • Create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, and customer-facing collateral that close deals. • Build and iterate on onboarding content for new customers — getting-started guides, in-product walkthroughs, how-to videos, and training materials. • Support product launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, launch collateral, and internal enablement. • Own the editorial calendar across the blog, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and email. • Write long-form content — blog posts, whitepapers, customer stories, and POV pieces — that establishes InfinitForm's perspective on Physical AI in manufacturing. • Measure what is working and what is not, and use SEO and analytics tools to optimize for engagement, organic traffic, and pipeline contribution.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience at a B2B company, with meaningful exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply-chain buyers.
  • A portfolio of published writing — blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, or scripts — that you can share with us.
  • Hands-on experience running email and nurture programs in HubSpot including reporting and list management.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and a track record of using data to shape content decisions.
  • Experience producing video for YouTube or similar channels including scripting to editing.
  • Comfort in Claude or Canva to design clean social graphics and lightweight assets without a dedicated designer.
  • Strong writing chops: you can translate technical concepts (robotics, machine learning, computer vision, factory floor operations) into crisp, human copy.
  • A builder's mindset: you prefer shipping, testing, and iterating to long meetings and sign-off chains.

Benefits

  • Fully remote across the US
  • Direct collaboration with the founders and executive team on every major decision
