Vendor Feed Inventory Coordinator

• Review vendor product feeds on a regular basis to verify current stock availability. • Compare vendor inventory data against products currently listed on the website. • Identify products that are out of stock, discontinued, backordered, or no longer available. • Remove unavailable products from the website or flag them for internal review. • Update product availability status when vendor feed information changes. • Monitor product feeds for inconsistencies, missing data, or outdated information. • Communicate inventory issues to the appropriate internal team members. • Maintain organized tracking of flagged products, removed products, and vendor feed issues. • Help prevent customers from purchasing products that are no longer available. • Support overall catalog accuracy and a better customer shopping experience.
