Role Description Horizon Health is seeking an experienced business development coordinator to join our team! This role is crucial in supporting the sales organization by managing proposals, creating presentations, administering our Salesforce CRM, and handling general sales administrative tasks. Additionally, the role will assist with contract preparation and coordination to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales agreements. - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to support the sales team’s efforts ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements. - Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and tracking sales activities. - Assist with contract drafting, review, and coordination between internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate timely execution. - Develop Ideal Customer Profile by leveraging data provided by Trilliant/Definitive Health, and other tools. - Assist in Marketing and advertising initiatives, i.e., social media campaigns, websites, etc. - Monitor and track sales metrics and KPIs, providing insights to management as needed. - Assist in planning and execution of special functions and/or conferences at the corporate office or an off-site location, including scheduling hotels, travel, meeting space, and all other logistic issues relating to the function. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient sales processes. - Perform other duties as assigned/required by this position as it pertains to business marketing objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required - 3-5 years of business development experience required - Certified Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred - Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms - Proven experience in a sales support or sales administration role - Familiarity with contracting processes and basic contract management is a plus - Experience in proposal writing and presentation development Requirements - At all times, conduct oneself ethically in accordance with all relevant standards and regulations - Maintain knowledge of, and demonstrate respect for patient rights - Engage in timely, efficient discharge planning, working closely with patient family, nursing staff, and attending physician - Complete progress notes and assessments according to program procedures - Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary and treatment teams - Submit timely and accurate CQI+ outcome data on a weekly basis - Actively involved in measuring patient performance; communicate results and trends to supervisor - Provide feedback to supervisor on an ongoing basis regarding concerns, improvements, changes, etc. - Identify areas needing improvement and utilize the facility performance improvement process - Actively participate in department processes as requested - Ensure facility is safe and report deficiencies to the Program Director - Ensure confidentiality of all information encountered - Maintain professional interactions with peers, senior management, and staff through effective written and verbal communications - Assist with ambulating and lifting patients as needed - Other duties as assigned Company Description Quality care is our passion; improving lives is our reward.
