Title: Manager Data & Insights Analytics Location: Whippany, New Jersey, United States ID: 862505 Job Description Manager Data & Insights Analytics for Whippany, NJ to develop analytics solutions & reporting to translate data into insights and metrics; monitor data sets to surface insights, issues & trends; build KPI dashboards; lead initiatives to evolve & expand data insights capabilities and innovation of data-driven analytics tools; work with cross-functional internal & external business stakeholders to understand needs; coordinate vendors. Requires Master’s in C.S., Data Science, or closely related quantitative field & 3 yrs experience building machine learning and natural language processing-driven solutions and data models using Python and/or R; analyzing data to understand business process drivers & identify areas for performance improvement; defining & delivering commercial business metrics in a data architecture to support business reporting and analysis, including sales and market performance data; leading and/or participating in project teams to design, develop & deliver data-driven solutions; working with data in Google BigQuery, AWS, SAP Hana Studio, and/or Oracle, including commercial data, data warehousing & data analytics; managing data warehouses with Google BigQuery, AWS, SAP Hana Studio, and/or Oracle; using data visualization tools, including R & Spotfire, to drive business decisions; performing statistical analysis & predictive modeling for business process optimization; adhering to version control, code documentation & review, and database management best practices; presenting & delivering complex quantitative analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the business; and working with cross-functional teams. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per wk from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of Whippany, NJ. Salary Range: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $146,000.00 to $175,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. The offered salary may vary within this range based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
