• Install, Configure, and Train our customers with the highest quality service to ensure a smooth business transition. • Outside of implementation projects, you will be available for customer support through designated channels; striving to maintain service level agreements. • Build and maintain Client relations; understanding and motivating clients through integrity and trust • Consult with clients and review their current work process to assess their needs • Assist clients to create and meet milestones while continuing to monitor project budgeted hours • Discuss requirements and explain functionality to both technical and non-technical individuals or groups • Proactively assess, clarify, and deliver on customer needs, driving towards the success of their business and our partnership with them throughout the onboarding process. • Maintain an understanding of our internal applications, processes, customer products, and customer-facing websites
Job Requirements
- College or University Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Experience in the Club industry would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Jonas Club Management Software would be considered an asset
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time

Trial Success Manager

• Own and lead enterprise trials from kickoff through conclusion, ensuring alignment with customer goals and internal sales strategies. • Build tailored trial plans that define scope, success metrics, timelines, and stakeholder involvement. • Project manage multiple trials in parallel, tracking milestones, ensuring timely follow-ups, and proactively resolving blockers. • Collaborate with AEs and SEs to reinforce commercial value and connect product capabilities with business outcomes. • Engage key customer stakeholders throughout the trial period to drive usage, insights, and internal advocacy. • Deliver compelling final trial reviews that summarize performance, ROI, and next steps to support the sales close. • Continuously improve trial processes, templates, and tools for greater scale and repeatability across the region. • Leverage systems like Salesforce to maintain real-time visibility into trial pipeline, health, and conversion forecasting.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email • Provide accurate information on services and policies • Resolve routine issues such as subscription status updates, refund requests and billing inquiries • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support when necessary • Follow clear guidance given by the leadership team when appeasing customers • Empathetic to customers’ needs but understanding of the business’ bottom line • Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
