• Maintain and enhance our flagship software platform, Ursa Studio • Help design and build our newest software products, such as Compass and Sentinel • Work within AWS and Azure to deploy and maintain our applications • Explain, document, and evangelize our software products in close collaboration with our delivery team and customer stakeholders

• Review and assess existing codebases (often AI-generated or founder-built) • Identify bugs, structural issues, and technical risks • Refactor and stabilize applications for production use • Improve performance, structure, and maintainability • Fill gaps in core functionality (auth, payments, backend logic) • Implement lightweight QA / testing where needed • Collaborate with engineers, QA, and project leads • Work across multiple projects as priorities shift
