• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and industry events • Identify and engage key decision-makers such as Chief Analytics Officers, VPs of Population Health, and ACO Executive Directors • Research target accounts to craft personalized, relevant outreach that resonates with healthcare buyers • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and track activity metrics daily • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content, and ABM strategies • Represent the company at industry conferences (NAACOS, RISE, etc.) and networking events • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and meeting-booked targets

• Own end-to-end implementations of Ursa Studio from kickoff to sustainable daily use • Partner with customers to define their goals, scope, milestones, and success metrics • Build and run delivery plans that keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving • Design and build data integration pipelines ensuring clean, reliable data flows into Ursa Studio • Scope and lead ongoing analytics work, including developing standard and custom analytics • Own and nurture longitudinal relationships as the primary senior contact and trusted advisor • Create and execute success plans that drive adoption, prove value, and deliver measurable outcomes • Drive adoption by developing tailored training plans for customers based on use cases • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Management on renewals • Develop customer success stories by producing case studies, testimonials, and other content • Build delivery operations that track adoption, outcomes, risks, and opportunities across your portfolio • Ensure accurate effort tracking for client profitability and predictable resourcing
