• Sales & customer care • Proactive support and development of existing customers within target groups: lighting designers, architects, wholesalers and electricians • Targeted acquisition of new customers in the regions of North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, Thuringia and Brandenburg • Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships with design firms, architectural offices, electrical contractors and specialist wholesalers • Market development & strategy • Identification of market potential and development of regional sales strategies • Monitoring market and competitor trends in the lighting industry • Close collaboration with internal marketing and product teams to position our range • Presentation & consulting • Professional on-site presentation of our product portfolio (decorative, outdoor, technical lighting) • Competent advice on product range solutions, new products and technical product features • Participation in trade shows and industry events
Job Requirements
- Proven professional experience in sales within the lighting industry (lighting, luminaires, lighting technology; ideally from the decorative segment)
- Existing network with relevant customers in the regions of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & Austria
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally with lighting designers, architects, wholesalers or electrical contractors
- Solid product knowledge in lighting (decorative and/or technical)
- Confident use of modern sales tools and CRM systems
- Very good German language skills; knowledge of the Austrian market is an advantage; good English skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and target-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel within the region (North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, Thuringia, Brandenburg)
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

Role Description The Associate Sales Representative manages a defined territory in the Dayton, OH area by establishing and growing healthcare provider relationships while executing day-to-day territory responsibilities. This hands-on, field-based role combines account development, territory planning, order management, and patient support.
