No harás llamadas en frío: los contactos ya esperan que los llamemos para recibir información. • Recopilar la información necesaria de cada cliente e ingresarla correctamente en nuestra base de datos electrónica (CRM). • Generar confianza y credibilidad durante el primer contacto para convertir prospectos en clientes duraderos. • Completar la documentación requerida para cada cliente. • Hacer seguimiento y mantener una relación activa con los clientes existentes (servicio postventa y atención al cliente).
Job Requirements
- Dominio del francés oral y escrito (nivel B2 o superior – excluyente)
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable en ventas, idealmente en banca, seguros o servicios financieros
- Español nativo (excluyente)
- Talento natural para conectar por teléfono: voz segura, clara y espontánea
- Habilidades destacadas de comunicación, persuasión y escucha activa
- Buen nivel de organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle
- Manejo básico/intermedio de herramientas informáticas
- Residencia en Portugal (excluyente)

Role Description The Associate Sales Representative manages a defined territory in the Dayton, OH area by establishing and growing healthcare provider relationships while executing day-to-day territory responsibilities. This hands-on, field-based role combines account development, territory planning, order management, and patient support. You will guide orders from referrals through insurance approval, delivery, and onboarding, working closely with the Territory Manager and internal teams. This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday hours.
