Job Requirements

  • Vocational training as an insurance clerk or a degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance Management)
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer in the insurance environment
  • Knowledge of Requirements Engineering / Requirements Management (IREB)
  • Experience in Business Process Management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, or Lean Management
  • Certifications such as IREB or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and Process Management are an advantage
