Job Description
Creative Producer
Herman-Scheer
• Lead creative teams through the creative production process for market-facing assets: packaging, web and digital, paid media, organic social, email, and ongoing retainer work. • Translate briefs into executable production plans, coordinating timelines, resources, and third-party vendors with precision. • Ensure all deliverables follow the brief, required specs and are market-ready before delivery, proactively identifying gaps before they become blockers. • Maintain impeccable quality standards, on-time and on-budget delivery across all active projects. • Serve as the primary client contact — educating clients on process, setting expectations, and guiding them to provide the right input and feedback at the right time. • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders and senior client stakeholders, ensuring consistent confidence in the work and the process. • Communicate project developments clearly and proactively, always connecting work back to the client's business objectives. • Frame deliverables with clear rationale and next steps, not just handing off files, but ensuring clients understand what they have and how to use it. • Develop a deep understanding of each client's full marketing ecosystem, from paid channels to owned media, in order to produce work that performs in context. • Evaluate the performance of live assets with clients, synthesize learnings, and drive iterative improvements across channels. • Identify scope expansion and growth opportunities organically. • Act as the organizational center of gravity for all production projects: maintaining documentation, schedules, budgets, and priorities while keeping all stakeholders aligned. • Manage project finances including invoice creation, expense tracking, and margin monitoring. • Lead communication with and manage all third-party production partners and vendors. • Create and manage project infrastructure including Forecast.app plans, Google Drive folders, and Slack channels. • Be the point of contact for internal project teams, ensuring every team member has the context, assets, and information they need before they have to ask. • Anticipate needs, questions, and blockers across the team, resolving them proactively. • Collaborate with Creative Directors and the Strategy team on estimates, briefs, and production approach. • Facilitate internal milestones and creative reviews to address challenges early.
