AGGRANDIZE

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements for AI-driven solutions; • Translate business needs into clear specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria; • Support the design of user journeys, business rules, and use cases; • Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and operations teams; • Participate in delivery validation, functional testing, and sign-off processes; • Document processes, flows, features, and rules associated with solutions; • Assist in backlog management and prioritization of requests; • Identify improvement opportunities in processes and AI-supported experiences; • Contribute to the continuous evolution of solutions in production.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent agents
  • Knowledge of conversational flows
  • Familiarity with APIs, automations, and integrations
  • Experience with AI testing and response analysis
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud environments such as Google Cloud and Azure
  • Knowledge of Databricks
