Senior Engineering Operations Manager

• Manage and improve the engineering operating schedule, including planning cycles, leadership meetings, updates, retrospectives, and budget-related workflows, with clear standards and expectations across the organization. • Be the operational partner to the VP of Engineering. Translate strategic priorities into clear operating rhythms, decision forums, and artifacts. Ensure follow-through without requiring daily executive involvement. • Prepare executive- and board-facing engineering materials, ensuring narratives are consistent and supported by data. • Be the central point of ownership for engineering operations, tracking commitments, action items, and follow-ups with appropriate context and urgency. • Design and improve automation and AI-enabled workflows for notes, summaries, updates, and decision support to reduce manual coordination and scale operations. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Finance to ensure alignment on planning, execution, and communication. • Monitor organizational health, identifying patterns, risks, and bottlenecks and surfacing observations to engineering leadership. • Quarterly travel to our New York HQ for planning, alignment, and leadership meetings.
