• Communicate with patients and caregivers via phone and email as a response to requests for pre-approval treatment access. • Capture medical data in our internal platform. • Search global trial databases using our AI tool to identify relevant pre-approval options for patients. • Pre-screen patients for specific clinical trials. • Engage with patients to expand our Medical Community and create awareness about the myTomorrows platform. • Proactively identify trends and opportunities in our daily operations. • Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction. • Contribute to improving our patient recruitment and pre-screening processes and strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields, or higher
- 3+ years of experience in patient navigation, clinical research, or healthcare communication roles.
- Experience with patient care in a clinical setting, as well as knowledge of clinical trials and expanded access, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex medical information in simple terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in one or more languages required (Korean, Mandarin and/or Cantonese ).
- Proficiency in using CRM and healthcare databases.
- Literacy in Microsoft Office and web-based media, and openness to technological innovation.
- Ability to prioritize different commitments while maintaining high quality of work.
- Proactivity and ability to work unsupervised.
- Patient-centric mindset, understanding and empathetic when working with patients.
- Attention to detail and ability to record information and clinical data accurately.
- Ability to build relationships of trust and manage confidential information and data appropriately
- A team player who thrives in a multicultural, diverse environment.
- Certifications in Good Clinical Practice or healthcare-related fields (e.g., Certified Patient Navigator) are a plus.
