Role Description Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Control Analyst to join our dynamic team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. - Equivalent experience: 8+ years with a bachelor’s degree. - 8+ years of experience in Program Control, Contract Administration, or related roles. - Experience managing U.S. government contracts, including knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract types (FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, etc.). - Experience with Air Force TWES reporting and understanding of WAF. - Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint, IBM TM1, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Advanced understanding of project accounting, forecasting, and revenue recognition methods. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. - Lean-in personality and able to be a self-starter and able to get things done. Requirements - Pricing experience or interest in developing pricing techniques. - Experience with procurement systems and compliance processes. - Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring junior staff. - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Responsibilities - Generate and deliver monthly financial reporting deliverables, including contract-specific requirements. - Perform financial analyses, such as ad hoc accounts receivable reviews, to identify and resolve revenue, billing, or customer payment discrepancies. - Prepare and present financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables to ensure contractual compliance. - Support cost, schedule, and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Basis of Estimates (BOEs). - Conduct variance analyses and prepare accurate reporting for Program Management Reviews (PMRs). - Manage project set-up in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements. - Maintain and update project charging levels in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring accurate task period performance dates and personnel access to charge codes. - Reconcile subcontractor time, costs, and other project data. - Prepare revenue and cost forecasts, including Estimates at Completion (EAC). - Monitor costs, manpower, and funding levels to ensure compliance with budgets. - Process cost transfers, address unbilled accounts, and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely customer payments. - Assist with cost and price analysis of supplier proposals, modifications, and agreements. - Support compliance with procurement system policies and procedures. - Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, and assist with subcontract closeouts. - Provide support to Program Managers in establishing budgets and forecasts using IBM TM1 or equivalent tools. - Advise on financial and contractual impacts of contract modifications and changes. - Assist junior project controllers, as needed, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve project challenges.

Role Description The Informaticist will serve as a key hands-on contributor within the Enterprise Data Informatics team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Informatics. The Informaticist will apply deep expertise in clinical coding, ontology mapping, and data quality analysis to support the organization's data normalization strategy and ensure that enterprise data products meet rigorous clinical and technical standards.
