Role Description MWDN is looking for a professional with experience in software development, particularly in C#, to join our team in the security domain. You will be responsible for: - Leading remote technical sessions with customers to investigate complex software malfunctions, performance bottlenecks, and security gaps in real-time. - Performing root-cause analysis on Windows-based endpoint systems. - Designing and implementing code fixes (C#) or features to enhance product stability and meet specific customer requirements. - Owning the entire lifecycle of a fix, from reproducing the bug to final deployment at the customer site. - Influencing the core product roadmap based on recurring issues and customer feedback. - Collaborating with the team that designs and implements the Endpoint Security Products solution. Qualifications - 3+ years of professional development experience, primarily using C#. - Understanding of Windows OS Internals (Processes/Threads, Memory Management, File Systems, and Registry). - Proven track record in debugging complex systems. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to explain complex technical issues to both IT managers and fellow developers. - Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure during remote customer sessions. - Experience with Kernel-mode development (drivers), network protocols, or cybersecurity threat prevention is an advantage. - Prior experience in operational security research, customer-facing incident response, or root cause analysis of in-the-wild threats is an advantage.
