• Розробка, впровадження та адміністрування системи пільг та компенсацій відповідно до стратегії компанії • Аналіз ринку праці та проведення досліджень щодо конкурентоспроможності заробітних плат і пакетів пільг • Формування та оновлення внутрішніх політик щодо оплати праці, премій, бонусів та нематеріальної мотивації • Участь у плануванні бюджету фонду оплати праці та соціальних програм, підготовка фінансових прогнозів • Складання регулярної звітності щодо витрат на компенсації та пільги, контроль ефективності використання бюджету • Адміністрування корпоративних програм страхування (медичне, життя, нещасні випадки), взаємодія зі страховими компаніями • Підготовка аналітичних матеріалів • Контроль відповідності системи винагород законодавству України • Консультації працівників щодо питань компенсацій, страхування та інших пільг • Участь у внутрішніх HR-проєктах, спрямованих на підвищення мотивації та залученості персоналу
Job Requirements
- Досвід роботи у сфері компенсацій та пільг, HR-аналітики або фінансового планування від 1–2 років
- Знання трудового законодавства України та законодавства, що регулює статут резидента Дія-Сіті
- Досвід у підготовці бюджетів та звітів
- Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей, вміння працювати з великим обсягом даних
- Впевнений користувач Excel, HRM-систем, бажано знання BI-інструментів
- Англійська мова на рівні Intermediate
- Вища освіта (економіка, менеджмент, HR або суміжні напрями)

Role Description This is a full-time, remote position. New Jersey RN or LPN license required. Join our compassionate team and help make a positive difference in an injured person’s life. As a Telephonic Case Manager, you will work closely with: - Treating physicians/providers - Employers - Customers - Legal representatives - The injured/disabled person Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge, skills, and competency in the application of case management standards of practice. - Using advanced knowledge of types of injury, medications, comorbidities, treatment options, treatment alternatives, and knowledge of job duties to advise on a treatment plan. - Interviewing disabled persons to assess overall recovery, including whether injuries or conditions are occupational or non-occupational. - Collaborating with treating physicians/providers and utilizing available resources to help create and implement treatment plans tailored to an individual patient. - Working with employers and physicians to modify job duties where practical to facilitate early return to work. - Evaluating and modifying case goals based on injured/disabled person’s improvement and treatment effectiveness. - Independently managing workload, including prioritizing cases and deciding how best to manage cases effectively. - Completing other duties, such as preparing status updates for submittal to customers, assisting in training/orientation of new staff as requested, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field. - Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred. - Skills: - Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers. - Ability to work independently. - Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email. - Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills. - Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Strategy & Portfolio Management Manage VVG’s national portfolio of commercial properties, including dealerships, service locations, warehouses, and operational sites Develop and execute real estate strategies aligned with business growth and market expansion Evaluate current footprint and recommend opportunities for consolidation, growth, expansion, or relocation Assist with Real Estate aspects of Mergers and Acquisition and due diligence.
