Role Description We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global environment and grow professionally within a dynamic, fast-growing organization. - Opening vendors and issuing purchase orders - Managing ongoing relationships with customers and vendors, including responding to inquiries and issuing invoices - Uploading and processing reports for customers and vendors - Accounting and operational management of inventory - Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly VAT reports across multiple jurisdictions - Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and control purposes - Supporting the preparation of forecasts and financial analyses Qualifications - Degree in Economics or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience - Experience working in a global company and/or supporting international operations - High proficiency in Excel, Tableau, NetSuite and Dokka is an advantage - Strong English skills (spoken, written, and reading) - Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders - High level of organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a broad business perspective - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, including remote collaboration Company Description Helfy is a leading and innovative international company in the digital medical and healthcare sector, operating at scale across the European market.

Candidate must be strong in extracting and managing large amounts of data from centralized systems (SAP) using MS Excel. • Responsible for the successful negotiation and on-going maintenance of clinical trial agreements, complex amendments, and other ancillary agreements with investigative sites. • Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and finalizes clinical trial agreements, complex amendments, and other ancillary agreements with study sites using critical thinking, available tools/systems/documents, historical data, and adheres to departmental and/or client quality check requirements. • Maintains consistent communication with study sites and internal stakeholders in alignment with site contracts department and client requirements. • Tracks progress of site contracts agreements and related documents regularly in required ICON and client systems. • Proactively identifies and raises risks, while also suggesting mitigation plans to established study milestones and planned site contracts timelines. • Files contractual documents per department, ICON, and client requirements. • Attends and participates in study team project calls, as applicable. • Works cross functionally with internal stakeholders in support of timely site start up and maintenance for the conduct of clinical trials including accurate forecast of contract execution timelines. • Reviews site contracts for completeness and accuracy and ensures adherence to department and client requirements, corrects documents, and files changes to contracts. • Participates/contributes in departmental initiatives. • May serve as mentor for other site contracts department team members. • Completes all required project, client, department, and ICON trainings on time and adheres to the applicable SOPs, processes, and procedures.
