Customer Supply Analyst Beauty North America Reports to: Customer Service Manager, Beauty North America Location: Remote from NY/NJ (Local travel on East Coast required regularly* - Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. No relocation is available for this position. The Customer Supply Analyst (CSA) supports B2B customers to increase client satisfaction and portfolio growth. The position is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to, new projects, order processes, forecasting, inventory levels, and reporting. The CSA works closely with the customer, sales, management, and internal personnel to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. It is expected to make recommendations and implement process improvements. As a Customer Supply Analyst, You Will: - Analyze customer buying patterns, investigate variances, and share insights with the business to optimize resource planning and improve service - This position owns the order management process for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order details, pricing, timely confirmations, and status updates while addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with Quality Engineering to resolve customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. - Recommend alternative product solutions for customers, engaging internal teams like marketing and planning when necessary - Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and customer value management analysis - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving growth. - Resolve customer inquiries promptly (same day), coordinating with internal teams and escalating as needed. - Identify opportunities to improve service, including order management and forecasting, and propose solutions - Represent the customer's voice, prioritizing their experience with Aptar. - Monitor and communicate performance, reconciling discrepancies in customer scorecards - Strengthening customer relationships through in-person interactions via customer visits. - Present key account information during internal business reviews - Support internal projects, including resin and material changes. - Partner with Account Managers to share customer insights and activities. - Assist with customer product launches, ensuring specifications, sampling, and on-time PO delivery - Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Finance - Maintain accurate system data to support service levels. - Efficient with receiving and responding to a high volume of emails daily in a fast-paced environment. - Serve as department backup to other CSAs when needed. Who We are Looking For Education - Preferred, but not required: Bachelor's Degree. Prior Supply Chain experience is a plus. Experience - 3-5 years in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Experience supporting strategic, high-visibility account management - Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel, intermediate level, and PowerPoint) - Must be detail-oriented, a team player, and proficient in English verbal and written communication. - Travel: Local/driving travel will be required for customer visits. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $60,000 - 90,000. • Support day-to-day cash flow and liquidity planning and analysis • Prepare draw requests for construction and project financing • Manage bank accounts, cash concentration structures, and banking relationships • Support KYC and due diligence processes for financial partners • Assist in preparing and submitting debt compliance certificates • Coordinate reporting and compliance activities with administrative agent banks • Support implementation of payment processes across capital structures • Monitor and report on cash balances, leverage metrics, and financial KPIs • Assist with hedging and risk management activities • Support capital markets transactions, including debt and equity raises • Contribute to investor relations materials and external reporting requirements • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance reports • Collaborate with FP&A and finance teams on financial analysis and planning

• Perform a variety of duties related to the information technology applications. • Assist with design, development, system configuration, implementation and support of information systems for the organization. • Plan development, training and evaluation of application functionality. • Work with the team and key customers to ensure appropriate development training and implementation of application functionality. • Maintain certification in assigned EHR module or application (if applicable) and demonstrate system functionality to end users. • Configure, support, and troubleshoot assigned applications or modules. • Develop and document workflows, workflow changes, and data flow diagrams related to assigned application(s). • Accurately document and manage tickets using approved tools and methodologies. • Develop and execute testing scripts; create and maintain knowledge base articles, tip sheets, and end-user documentation. • Participate in end-user learning sessions, meetings, and training activities.
