Junior Tax Analyst – Tax Receipts
Jet Brasil
• Receive, check and validate incoming tax documents (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e) • Classify and record tax documents in the ERP system • Apply tax withholding rules (INSS, IRRF, CSRF, ISS, among others) • Work closely with Accounts Payable and suppliers to resolve document discrepancies • Support tax and accounting reconciliations • Assist with monthly tax closings • Support internal and external audits • Monitor updates to current tax legislation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in tax with a focus on incoming tax documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, or Business Administration
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is desirable
- Experience with state and federal tax legislation
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented profile
- Own computer with stable internet connection
