• Lead development of AI-driven solutions including but not limited to: Designing RAG models, agent workflows, and multi-step reasoning models. • Build agentic automation solutions to streamline IT business processes. • Unstructured data analysis. • Integrating ML/GenAI models and LLM orchestration into end-user AI applications. • Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies. • Translate AI research into business solutions. • Lead and contribute to AI engineering projects from ideation through implementation, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities. • Work closely with colleagues in data engineering, ML engineering, data science, analytics, GenAI, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and drive project success. • Apply best practices in data preparation, feature engineering, model selection, validation, and deployment. • Stay current with advancements in ML, GenAI, and analytics. • Translate complex AI engineering concepts into actionable insights for business partners, supporting decision-making and measurable outcomes. • Share knowledge with peers, contribute to team learning, and seek opportunities for professional growth.

• Own the technical direction of CTM's shared AI/ML platform • Lead the engineering function across the CTM Intelligence Pillar • Hire well into gaps in the pillar • Create the conditions for the team to do its best work • Co-lead the internal AI Guild to build AI/ML capability across CTM’s engineering organisation
