Temporary Volunteer Department Coordinator

Role Description This position will ensure smooth department operations by supporting the coordination of events and contract deliverables for national service partners with the volunteer department. This is a part-time temporary position (20 hours/week) and is anticipated to run from June 1 through October 31, 2026. Must be available for on-site event support in Nashville, TN from July 6-11. Responsibilities - Support with ensuring national service partner events have the appropriate resources and staff, along with other activities as needed. - Work in collaboration with other team members and activities as needed. - Attend appropriate March of Dimes meetings. Qualifications - High school diploma. - Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school program. - Knowledge of general office work processes and logistics; skilled in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Highly motivated with the ability to work independently, and as part of an interdisciplinary team. - Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Able to work in a virtual environment.
