• Consults with supervisor, systems analysts, other programmers, and end users to gather information about program intent, functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system environment, and interfaces with other systems. • Participates in design and writing of program specifications based on consultations with supervisor, systems analysts, other programmers, and end users. • Converts designs and specifications into computer code. • Engages in the process of compiling code into programs and corrects errors detected in the compile process. • Participates in creating test transactions and running tests to find errors and confirm the program meets specifications. • Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revise programs. • Engages in writing and maintaining documentation of changes to computer code, programs, and specifications. • Designs and codes layouts for onscreen user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems. • Participates in user review and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations. • Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs. • Revises programs for corrections, enhancements, or system environment changes. • Trains end users or technical support staff to use and support programs. • Other duties as required.

• Contribute directly to the development of key platform features and components as an individual contributor, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. • Lead the end-to-end design and development of advanced healthcare software systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing. • Design and implement solutions for healthcare transaction processing that comply with industry standards, including EDI, HL7, and FHIR. • Clearly communicate priorities and expectations to the team, ensuring they have the support and resources to complete their work effectively. • Take full ownership of the quality of all team-delivered features, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements with well-thought-out designs. • Identify gaps or areas for improvement in existing patterns. Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation by encouraging the exploration of new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can drive competitive advantages. • Act as the primary technical liaison for executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment between engineering and business strategies. • Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects remain on track and within scope. • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to define project scope, assess feasibility, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions. • Act as a senior technical resource, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to engineering teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. • Continuously monitor emerging healthcare technologies and trends, recommending cutting-edge solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust features ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. • Ensure high performance, reliability and scalability across our distributed systems. • Contribute to systems powering AI-assistants, developer experience, authentication, billing, AI tooling, observability, connectors, search and more. • Build and maintain our websites using modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, Svelte and Astro. • Create interactive experiences with animations and micro-interactions while ensuring strong performance and accessibility. • Collaborate across disciplines to launch high-impact pages, campaigns and microsites. • Design and run evaluations for product area including reference tests, heuristics, and model-graded checks. • Define and track metrics that matter for success of tasks. • Improve core behaviors in product area such as memory policies and retrieval quality. • Build, monitor, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows. • Identify areas for improvement and create innovative solutions for high developer velocity.
