Job Requirements

  • Software Packaging & Application Lifecycle (Primary) Package and deploy enterprise applications for Windows and macOS using MicrosoftIntune (Win32 apps, Microsoft Store apps, shell scripts, PKG/DMG where applicable). ​
  • Build and maintain standardized packaging practices: detection rules, requirement rules, dependencies, superdense, uninstall commands,and return-code handling. ​
  • Own application lifecycle processes including intake, packaging, testing, pilot, production rollout, updates, and retirement. ​
  • Manage application versioning, validation, and rollback strategies to reduce operational risk and downtime. ​
  • Modern Deployment & Provisioning (Autopilot) Support Windows Autopilot provisioning workflows (user-driven/self-deploying scenarios asappropriate).​
  • Implement and maintain device provisioning standards: Enrollment Status Page (ESP), device naming conventions, assignment logic, andbaseline policy linkage. ​
  • Validate provisioning outcomes and reduce time-to-productivity by troubleshooting enrollment, app delivery, and policy application issues. ​
  • Endpoint Engineering (Windows & macOS) Develop, test, and maintain endpoint configuration policies across Windows and macOS,including Configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and device restrictions OS update rings / feature update policies(Windows), macOS update strategies (as applicable) Partner with security and infrastructure teams to align endpoint posture with corporatestandards (e.g., encryption, conditional access readiness, minimum OS requirements). ​
  • Monitoring, Experience, and Operational Insights (Nexthink Infinity) ​
  • Use Nexthink Infinity to monitor endpoint and application health, detect issues proactively, and validate deployment success. ​
  • Build/maintain Nexthink campaigns or workflows (as applicable) to support user communications, sentiment, and remediation outcomes. ​
  • Provide actionable insights from telemetry to improve reliability, reduce incidents, and enhance digital experience. Troubleshooting &Support Enablement Triage and resolve deployment issues across Intune and endpoint OS layers: Installation failures, detection errors,policy conflicts, app dependency failures, enrollment issues Analyze logs and diagnostics (e.g., Intune Management Extension logs,Company Portal logs, macOS install logs, event logs). ​
  • Create and maintain runbooks, KB articles, and operational documentation to scale support and reduce repeat incidents. ​
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with application owners, security, service desk, desktop support, and infrastructure teams tocoordinate testing, deployment windows, and change management. ​
  • Participate in CAB/change processes and communicate rollout plans, risks, and mitigation strategies.
