• Architect and operationalize a unified Total Rewards & Experience ecosystem • Design the philosophy, governance model, and operating systems that define how AlphaSense rewards performance • Build and oversee a strategic and scalable compensation framework • Define a durable compensation philosophy, establish governance practices, and partner closely with Finance • Oversee benchmarking, incentive plan design, performance metrics, and governance across executive roles • Own the design and long-term stewardship of our equity strategy • Transition Benefits from technical plan administration to a holistic wellbeing platform • Integrate workplace strategy, location planning, amenities, and community-building efforts into the broader rewards ecosystem • Develop Board-level insights, dashboards, and forecasting tools

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR leadership experience, with 7+ years leading global compensation and benefits functions
  • Deep expertise across global compensation, executive compensation, equity strategy, benefits, wellbeing, and sales compensation
  • Experience partnering directly with CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and Compensation Committees
  • Familiarity with public-company governance (proxy filings, CD&A narratives, say-on-pay strategy) or equivalent advisory exposure
  • Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end Total Rewards integration for M&A transactions
  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities, including program design, forecasting, and decision-support modeling
  • A track record of building or modernizing rewards programs in high-growth or complex global environments
  • Experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary teams
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, enterprise-scale IT leader who has operated in organizations with thousands of employees, has managed datacenters and hybrid infrastructure, led M&A technology integrations, governed MSPs and MSSPs, and built and mentored diverse IT teams across multiple disciplines.
