• Ensure a well-thought-out, logically structured, and functional product. • Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for development. • Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. • Make use of the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components. • Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyse, and prototype new product features. • Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and system flows. • Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
  • A structured and analytical approach - thinking beyond features to consider system logic, usability, scalability, and business impact.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
  • Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis.
  • Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
