Qualifications - 5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines. - Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks. - A proactive, “go‑getter” mindset with a genuine passion for data as a strategic asset. - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, especially in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement. - Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities. - Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements, and mapping business processes with precision. - Aptitude for setting clear expectations, managing timelines, milestones, and proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies. - Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, with meticulous stakeholder management and influence—even under ambiguity. - Prior experience in project‑based or billable consulting roles—preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact.
