• Execute and monitor the area’s administrative and operational routines, including budget control, expense tracking, expense reporting and entries in corporate systems. • Create and follow up on purchase orders, requisitions, vendor payments and invoices. • Support the reconciliation and control of contractual payments, such as milestones, royalties and other partner-related obligations. • Ensure organization, traceability and filing of the area’s documents and information, both physical and digital. • Support electronic signature processes for contracts and documents, ensuring control, follow-up and proper filing. • Prepare minutes for key area meetings, recording decisions and action items. • Provide logistical and administrative support to the area, including meeting organization, event support, calendar management and handling incoming/outgoing mail and couriers. • Support administrative communication with internal and external partners, including drafting emails in English when necessary, under the area’s guidance.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in administrative or financial routines, or in support roles for corporate areas.
- Experience in a structured corporate environment and/or business area.
- Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with corporate systems (SAP, Coupa or similar).
- Basic knowledge of financial processes.
- You will stand out if you have:
- Experience providing support to contracts or Business Development areas.
- Experience organizing international corporate events.
- Intermediate English.
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or related fields.
- Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Airtable).

Responsible for timely and professional collection of patient balances before they are outsourced to bad debt agencies. This role ensures a positive patient experience while securing payments, setting up payment plans, resolving billing issues, and educating patients about their financial responsibilities. Role Description The Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative role is an important part of the Express Scripts Specialty Distribution Services (ESSDS) team.
