• Assists in developing, maintaining, and monitoring processes to promote the timely identification and assessment of high risk and special needs members. • Serves as an interdisciplinary team member in management of identified members, performing clinical/social determinants of health assessments and in collaboration with physicians, determining medical needs. • Conducts telephone or face-to-face interviews of members to identify risk factors and the need for care management. • Fosters professional networks and relationships with service and resource providers to promote continuity and quality of care for members. • Initiates, develops, plans, and implements care plans designed to promote the delivery of quality care and service to members with identified CM needs. • Utilizes clinical judgment to discharge members from care management according to plan policies and procedures. • Maintains care management records according to plan policies and procedures and ensures data integrity in health plan information systems. • Collects, evaluates, and reports clinical, functional and program activity as applicable. • Educates members' medical providers regarding the members' special needs to ensure consideration to the unique needs of the patients in treatment planning. • Coordinates and communicates with community support and social service systems for members. • Reduced care costs without sacrificing quality through effective service coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. • Assists with special projects to meet plan and departmental goals.

• Define and own the enterprise Data Strategy KPI framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Align data and AI metrics to financial outcomes including AUM growth, participant retention, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness • Establish outcome based measurement approaches that prioritize business impact over activity based metrics • Quantify ROI of data and AI investments through financial modeling and business case development • Model revenue influence, cost reduction, and risk mitigation impacts in partnership with Finance • Develop defensible methodologies for value measurement and attribution • Create executive ready and board ready presentations, including monthly and quarterly ELT materials • Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, concise executive narratives that highlight trends, trade offs, and risks • Drive alignment on performance targets and investment priorities across senior stakeholders • Establish KPI governance standards to prevent metric sprawl and ensure consistent definitions • Identify and monitor leading indicators of underperformance across data and AI initiatives • Escalate strategic risks and recommend course corrections when performance diverges from targets

• Oversees site contracts, grants and payments to full-service CRO partnerships • Responsible for operational execution of budgets, payments, reconciliation, and study financial controls • Maintains just-in-time CRO funding, and supports accruals, reconciliation, and inspection-readiness • Accountable for oversight and ongoing management, assessment and reconciliation of study-level contracts and grants • Establish and maintain policies for invoiceables, pass-throughs, conditional procedures, screen-fail handling, and complex visit structures • Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs governing budgeting, payments, documentation and global transparency requirements • Understand global study budget forecasts, partnering closely with Clinical Operations and Finance • Implement and monitor just-in-time CRO funding, minimizing idle cash at CROs while ensuring on-time site payments
