• Serve as a key client partner for global publication initiatives • Lead the execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations from planning through submission • Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery • Collaborate closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications • Support development and implementation of strategic publication plans aligned to clinical milestones • Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and journal/congress requirements • Contribute to organic account growth and new business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred; advanced degree a plus)
  • 3+ years’ experience in medical communications with a focus on publications
  • Proven experience managing manuscripts and congress deliverables
  • Strong project management and financial oversight skills
  • Confident client communicator with exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with publication management systems (e.g., Datavision) a plus
