Senior Financial Analyst
Fluency - Advertising Automation Platform
• Track company drivers such as MRR/ARR, Churn, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), Logo Retention, and Margins to direct long-term strategic planning and provide data-driven insights to leadership. • Leverage cohort analysis and complex financial models to create actionable reports and presentations for senior management. • Partner with Marketing and Business Development leadership to track the sales funnel and forecast revenue. • Monitor COGS and expenses to balance growth rate, profit margin, and cash flow in support of the company's financial targets. • Act as the primary owner for our FP&A software, lead the implementation of new tools, manage ongoing system support, and utilize excellent project management skills to ensure our financial tech stack is optimized and scalable. • Partner with business leaders to optimize financial procedures through continuous improvements to automation and data analysis.
Job Requirements
- BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- 4-6+ years in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Proven experience in FP&A system oversight and software implementation.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to act as the technical lead for finance-related tools.
- Expert Excel skills with the ability to independently create cohort analyses and complex financial models from scratch.
- An independent and curious thinker with a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiencies and the ability to drive results.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial recommendations.

Role Description We're looking for a Core Financials Functional Analyst with deep hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. This role owns finance processes end to end—from gathering requirements and configuring systems to supporting period close and ensuring compliance. You'll work directly with business users and cross-functional teams to translate finance needs into effective ERP solutions.
