EY

• Early identification of regulatory developments and trends for financial services providers including banks and asset managers • Advising our clients on the impact of global, European and national regulations on their business model, process and control landscape as well as the operating model • Implementation of regulatory requirements, participation in the establishment of effective and sustainable Risk & Compliance structures and support in clients' change management processes • Identification and adaptation of technology solutions to increase the efficiency of risk & compliance structures, including AI-based solutions • Responsibility for service delivery, project progress and subject-matter contribution within an international team of regulatory and compliance experts

Job Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business administration or a related field
  • At least two years of professional experience dealing with regulatory requirements of financial services providers in a consulting firm or in the specialist department of a corporation; intensive engagement with regulatory issues is desirable
  • Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
