Regional Manager – Dedicated Driver

Airspace

• Manage a network of Dedicated Drivers • Support drivers directly and ensure customer needs are met • Own execution of tactical initiatives to deliver top-quality service • Invest in driver development and build relationships with drivers and customers • Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for drivers • Provide consistent coaching and feedback to drivers • Monitor driver performance metrics and identify trends • Build trusted relationships with drivers through regular interaction • Provide direct support to drivers on tactical problems • Partner with leadership to identify process gaps

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics operations
  • Proven experience in driver or workforce training, coaching, and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with both frontline workers and customers
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including regional driving, domestic flights, and overnight stays at customer site locations
  • Comfort operating in a field-based environment, with the ability to manage responsibilities effectively while traveling
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude with a natural ability to connect with and motivate drivers and customers alike
  • Detail-oriented and excels at active listening
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive positive outcomes in service
  • Action-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in an environment where work activities require rigorous process adherence
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Solution mindset: Demonstrated ability to "own" problems end-to-end.

Role Description Reporting to the Senior Medical Science Liaison - Therapeutics, the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based Medical Affairs professional who serves as the external scientific face of Revance to Healthcare Professionals. The MSL will primarily work within an assigned territory, including the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and South Central. Responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining professional relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., Thought Leaders and other Healthcare Professionals). - Facilitating information exchange, education, and research activities regarding current and future therapies. - Providing fair-balanced, objective scientific information and appropriate product education. - Leading and executing field-based medical and scientific initiatives that support Revance Therapeutics pipeline products. - Conducting all field scientific support activities under the direction of Medical Affairs leadership. - Maintaining monthly expenses to assigned budget parameters and ensuring accurate documentation of activities. Qualifications - PhD, MD, PharmD, DO or other recognized doctorate level education. - Minimum of 3 years MSL experience (5 years preferred); preferably with expertise in neuromodulators and/or other relevant specialties. - Minimum of 5 years post professional degree, practice, or relevant transferrable experience (e.g., clinical practice, academic research, regulatory/scientific). Requirements - Experience, desire, and initiative to deliver superior services to internal and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of customer segments and market dynamics within Movement disorders. - Highly-developed interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain credible medical/scientific relationships with TLs in Neurology and Physiatry. - Capability to work independently or in a cross-functional team structure. - Working knowledge of drug development, regulatory approval processes, clinical trial methodologies, and guidelines. - Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and other regulatory guidelines relating to compliant medical and scientific communications. - Valid U.S. driver’s license. - Ability to effectively learn, teach, and convey clinical and non-clinical technical information. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
