• You manage and develop your customers in line with established company objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures • You acquire new customers with consideration for profitability and by continuously identifying market potential • You provide expert advice on sales promotion materials while adhering to the Quality Group's financial guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitors
Job Requirements
- You have experience in field sales, sales, or grocery retail
- Ideally, you have a commercial (business) qualification
- You have strong communication skills, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with KPIs, are motivated by selling, and are passionate about our products
- You are proficient with digital media and like contributing new ideas
- You hold a driving license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence
