• You manage and develop your customers in line with the company's defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures. • You acquire new customers while considering profitability and continuously identifying market potential. • You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials in compliance with the Quality Group's commercial guidelines, while continuously monitoring market developments and competitors.
Job Requirements
- You have experience in field sales, sales, or grocery/food retail.
- Ideally, you have a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification.
- You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking.
- You enjoy working with metrics, love selling, and are passionate about our products.
- You are confident using digital media and like contributing new ideas.
- You hold a driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence.
