• Develop and maintain solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) • Create advanced flows in Power Automate (approvals, expressions, HTTP, error handling) • Develop applications with Power Apps (Canvas and customizations) integrated with SharePoint • Manage and structure environments in SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions and views) • Build integrations with REST APIs (GET, POST, headers, authentication) • Work with JSON data manipulation (parsing, structuring and transformation) • Develop and integrate solutions using Logic Apps and Azure Functions • Participate in migrating legacy solutions to new platforms • Create and maintain workflows and business rules • Implement OCR / Document Intelligence solutions for document extraction and classification • Ensure processing and normalization of extracted data • Support the technical evolution of solutions by applying development best practices

• Structure and evolve projects using VTEX IO, FAST STORE and VTEX CMS. • Develop and implement front-end solutions using technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Tailwind. • Perform backend integrations and development, focusing on REST APIs, GraphQL and NiFi. • Diagnose issues and propose scalable solutions in high-complexity environments. • Participate in version control practices, CI/CD and ensure code quality. • Collaborate with various areas of the company (business, operations, QA, finance, etc.) to ensure deliveries meet customer and business needs.

This role is not just about writing code—you will be playing a crucial role in developing cutting-edge next-generation contact centers leveraging Artificial Intelligence as part of the solution. You’ll play a key role in architecting, optimizing, and managing advanced contact center solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.
