• Define and design end-to-end (E2E) solutions, translating business needs into scalable, resilient and secure technology architectures; • Bridge business and technology in solution definition, leading architectural discussions and defining technical trade-offs; • Serve as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment between technical and executive stakeholders; • Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, availability, observability, governance and security; • Apply security-by-design principles across all architectural solutions; • Define strategies for synchronous and asynchronous integration between systems, including messaging and APIs; • Ensure resilience practices, decoupling, fault tolerance, idempotency, retries and use of DLQs; • Define and enforce API governance and security, including authentication, versioning and rate limiting; • Lead integrations with legacy systems, partners and value-added services (VAS), considering contracts, security and complex corporate environments; • Produce and maintain architectural documentation, including C4 Model and ADRs.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Solutions Architect in complex corporate environments;
  • Hands-on experience with distributed architectures, microservices and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA);
  • Experience integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, synchronous and asynchronous communication and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar);
  • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure or GCP), containers and fundamentals of observability;
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, as well as data strategies, ETL and eventual versus strong consistency;
  • Knowledge of domain modeling and business-oriented architecture (Domain-Driven Design - DDD);
  • Experience with architectural documentation using the C4 Model and ADRs;
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols and standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML);
  • Experience integrating corporate identity systems, such as Active Directory, and access management;
  • Defining authentication strategies for applications and users, including login, SSO and tokenization;
  • Awareness of security considerations in corporate scenarios, including identity protection, fraud prevention and use of biometrics as a complementary mechanism;
  • Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively without formal authority;
  • Clear and structured communication for both technical and executive audiences;
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decisions;
  • Calm, analytical and collaborative profile with emotional intelligence under pressure;
  • Strong problem-solving orientation and decisiveness;
  • Experience in the telecom sector and familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (Open APIs, eTOM, SID and TAM) is a plus;
  • Experience with complex integrations and hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) is a plus.
