Role Description We are seeking an experienced Hootsuite Implementation Manager to own the client relationship and oversee delivery of new client implementations. This role combines client-facing consultancy, project management, and quality oversight, working closely with Implementation Specialists who deliver the hands-on configuration. You will be responsible for ensuring implementations are delivered on time, to scope, and with a high-quality client experience. What you will do - Client Management & Discovery - Act as the primary point of contact for new implementation clients - Lead requirements review meetings to confirm client needs, objectives, and scope - Translate business requirements into clear delivery briefs for implementation specialists - Project Management - Own the end-to-end implementation plan, timelines, and milestones - Coordinate and oversee one or more Implementation Specialists - Manage risks, scope control, and client expectations - Ensure implementations are delivered on time and to agreed standards - Oversight & Quality Assurance - Review and sign off on query builds, channel setups, dashboards, and reports - Ensure consistency and best practice across all client implementations - Training & Enablement - Deliver or coordinate client training, including webinar-style training and tailored 1:1 training sessions - Ensure clients are confident and ready for handover post-implementation Qualifications - Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken) - Proven experience configuring and working in Hootsuite - Strong experience delivering Hootsuite implementations in a client-facing role - Proven project management experience - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple implementations and delivery resources concurrently - Comfortable overseeing technical delivery without necessarily doing all configuration yourself - Hootsuite certification(s) - Experience managing delivery teams or freelancers - Familiarity with implementation frameworks, SLAs, and onboarding playbooks Benefits - Competitive salary (dependent on experience) - Share options - Performance-related bonus - Flexible or agile working arrangements including remote working and reduced or compressed hours Company Description Convosphere is an independent, growing business.
