Role Description We are looking for a hands-on Hootsuite Implementation Specialist to deliver platform setup and configuration for new clients. This role is focused on building, configuring, and enabling Hootsuite environments to an agreed scope and timeline. You will work closely with an Implementation Manager who owns the client relationship and project management, while you focus on high-quality technical delivery. What you will do - Platform Setup & Configuration - Create queries (topics and/or filters) - Set up social channels (Owned and/or Earned) - Configure dashboards, reports, or alerts - Apply best-practice standards across listening, publishing, and reporting - Delivery Support - Participate in requirements review sessions led by the Implementation Manager - Implement configurations based on agreed client requirements - QA your own work and address feedback or refinements - Training Support - Support delivery of client training sessions where required - Help ensure the client is confident using the configured platform Qualifications - Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken) - Proven experience configuring and working in Hootsuite - Strong understanding of: - Social listening queries and filters - Owned vs earned social channels - Dashboards, reports, and alerts - High attention to detail and ability to work to a defined scope - Comfortable working as part of a wider delivery team - Hootsuite certification(s) - Experience working to repeatable implementation frameworks Benefits - Competitive salary (dependent on experience) - Share options - Performance-related bonus - Flexible or agile working arrangements including remote working and reduced or compressed hours
