The PAC Group
• Manage the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion. • Develop and manage the project plan, including resource allocation and scheduling. • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to oversee project budgets and manage change orders as needed. • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth project delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and reporting. • Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious environment. • Apply project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PPM). • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring positive reflections of the PAC Group brand. • Effectively manage project risks and issues, providing timely solutions and escalating as necessary. • Ensure all team members comply with safety policies and receive necessary training before project commencement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Aptitude to learn and receive constructive feedback by peers
- Travel is 80% with travel paid for by PAC and home every other weekend if the project is going well
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred Certifications: SMSTS, NA-OSHA 30, PPM/PRINCE2, PMP
- Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma certification preferred, not required.
- Dual or multi-language capability.
- Proficient in project and construction management methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
- Strong client-facing skills, with experience engaging senior-level representatives.
- Demonstrated resilience and crisis management abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Role Description Times One Hundred is looking for an interim Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator to provide short-term operational cover during a busy continuity period. This is a practical delivery-control role inside a specialist digital agency. The role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery flow across internal specialists and freelancers, including paid media, SEO, email, analytics, and related client work. You will not own channel strategy, client strategy, or commercial decisions. Your job is to make sure the work is visible, owned, moving, and escalated when needed. You will work closely with our Head of Paid Media, Account Manager and the wider specialist and freelancer delivery team. Core purpose: Your job is to keep client delivery, internal actions, specialist work, and operational follow-through visible, owned, and moving. You will coordinate the day-to-day delivery rhythm across specialists and freelancers so that: - Tasks are clear - Owners are confirmed - Deadlines are visible - Priorities are understood - Blockers are surfaced - Follow-ups happen - Client work keeps moving - Senior people are not carrying every loose end in their heads This is not a strategic leadership role.
