Role Description Are you a Project Manager who knows the difference between a punch list and a frequency plan? We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in Radio Communications to oversee the design, deployment, and hand-off of mission-critical VHF/UHF systems for our large-scale construction clients. You will be the primary point of contact for General Contractors and site owners, ensuring that our technical teams (Lead Techs and Field Techs) have the resources, site access, and documentation they need to succeed. If you can speak "Construction" and "RF" fluently, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities - Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee LMR projects from initial site survey and system design through to final testing, FCC licensing, and close-out. - Client Advocacy: Act as the main liaison for construction managers and general contractors, attending site meetings and ensuring our deliverables align with the broader build schedule. - Resource Coordination: Schedule and dispatch Field Technicians, ensuring all equipment (Motorola, Tait, Kenwood, etc.) is staged and ready for installation. - Budget & P&L: Manage project budgets, track labor hours, and oversee the procurement of specialized RF hardware and infrastructure. - Compliance & Safety: Ensure all on-site work meets OSHA standards and specific construction site safety requirements. - Documentation: Manage submittals, Change Orders (COs), RFIs, and "as-built" documentation to ensure 100% project transparency. Qualifications - 3–5 years of Project Management experience specifically within the Land Mobile Radio (LMR), RF, or Telecommunications space. - Familiarity with large-scale construction workflows, including reading blueprints, understanding MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination, and site safety protocols. - While you aren't turning the wrench, you must understand VHF/UHF systems, trunking, and basic RF principles to effectively communicate with clients and techs. - Experience with PM software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or Smartsheet), Bluebeam, and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and hold subcontractors/vendors accountable to deadlines. - PMP certification is a strong plus; OSHA 30 is highly preferred. • Oversee full lifecycle management of commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects • Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance • Lead estimating efforts using industry-standard platforms and methodologies • Coordinate mitigation, reconstruction, and transition phases seamlessly • Maintain consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders • Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting meet industry and company standards • Drive profitability through cost control, scope accuracy, and operational efficiency • Support regional growth initiatives and help establish operational presence in new markets

• Deliver and manage projects on time, within budget, and effectively manage risks while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Oversee both HON employees and subcontractors indirectly, ensuring project delivery aligns with agreed objectives. • Monitor and report on financial performance, including cost-to-complete updates and accurate commercial forecasts. • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Program Management to foster customer satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities. • Ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and materials while supporting compliance with productivity-enhancing processes. • Conduct regular progress reviews with customers and stakeholders, addressing feedback and resolving any satisfaction issues.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain new and existing market access programs for all relevant lines of business. • Engage with appropriate stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of programs. • Regularly update and maintain comprehensive implementation plans, workflow guides, trainings, rules sets, and other documentation as relevant and required. • Implement quality control processes to ensure program compliance with established standards and guidelines. • Own relationship with and provide oversight of third-party vendors and/or partners to administer programs with emphasis on member experience and value capture for clients. • Use reporting tools and partner with our Analytics team to develop and maintain opportunity analyses and ongoing savings performance reporting. • Support the go-to-market strategy of program offerings including pricing, marketing, and implementation.
