Role Description Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Klienten J. Poppe & Partner Unterstützung im Bereich Projekt- und Prozessorganisation. Das Unternehmen berät Unternehmer mit dem Ziel, Einnahmen und Ausgaben strategisch zu optimieren. Damit aus Strategien konkrete Ergebnisse werden, braucht es Struktur, klare Prozesse und konsequente Umsetzung. Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel. Wichtig: Wohnsitz oder Zweitwohnsitz in Deutschland erforderlich. Role Description Are you a Project Manager who knows the difference between a punch list and a frequency plan? We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in Radio Communications to oversee the design, deployment, and hand-off of mission-critical VHF/UHF systems for our large-scale construction clients. Qualifications - 3–5 years of Project Management experience specifically within the Land Mobile Radio (LMR), RF, or Telecommunications space. - Familiarity with large-scale construction workflows, including reading blueprints, understanding MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination, and site safety protocols. - While you aren't turning the wrench, you must understand VHF/UHF systems, trunking, and basic RF principles to effectively communicate with clients and techs. - Experience with PM software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or Smartsheet), Bluebeam, and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and hold subcontractors/vendors accountable to deadlines. - PMP certification is a strong plus; OSHA 30 is highly preferred.
