Key Responsibilities: PLM Products Programs (Includes alignment across SIM, Life Sciences, and other relevant product groups) - Build a team of cross-segment program members in the specific PLM Program area (i.e., Cloud, Data & AI, Digital Threads, or Industrial Metaverse). - Create and implement a PLM Portfolio Roadmap and Priorities, including operating a system for tracking a plan of record for cross segment programs. - Work with business segments to ensure the cross-segment programs are staffed, centrally within the program team and/or also support within the segments and delivering according to plan. - Ensure cross segment dependencies are identified and managed. - Work with the finance team to develop an approach for tracking investment levels for the cross-segment programs.
