Partner Activation Specialist
Coverflex
• You'll manage a defined portfolio of existing Partners and own their full lifecycle with Coverflex - from onboarding to long-term growth. • This is not a hunting role. You will not be responsible for signing new partners. • Your focus is on maximizing the value of the partners already in our portfolio: ensuring they onboard successfully, become autonomous, stay engaged, and consistently grow their contribution to Coverflex. • You'll own the full cycle: activating partners, supporting them to become self-sufficient, and systematically growing the revenue they generate for Coverflex. • You'll manage a portfolio of existing partners with the goal of getting them fully active on Coverflex and growing the value of their client base over time. • Running partner onboarding end-to-end • Keeping partners engaged through our tools (Introw, phone, email…) • Monitoring partner status and activation progress • Providing first-level support when partners need help • Building genuine, long-term relationships with the people behind each partnership • Channeling frontline feedback to the Partnership, Sales, and Customer Success teams. • Collaborating with your manager to align your portfolio's growth with broader revenue goals.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a B2B Client facing role
- Ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders in a growth environment
- Strong work method to organize and prioritise a full cycle of task
- Comfortable managing high-volume portfolios with clear prioritisation
- Strong execution mindset: you ship, follow up, and close loops
- Comfortable working with data, processes, and metrics
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English (internally, we communicate exclusively in English).

• Accountable for site start-up and activation • Deploy Global Site and Study Operations ( GSSO) site strategies by qualifying and activating assigned sites • Supports processes to optimize country & site selection activities including review and assessment of the draft potential site list & provide Pre-Trial Assessment ( PTA) output for site selection • Collaborate with key stakeholders providing country/regional level input to country outreach surveys including protocol feasibility, country SOC and medical practices (as applicable) under supervision • Conduct study start up activities at the site level including but not limited to PTA, coordination of site activation checklist items, ICD finalization, SIV (as applicable), including management of issues that may compromise time to site activation • Ensure all the site initiation activity including training per site activation checklist, collect and / complete necessary documentation/ systems needed for site activation • Support country specific ICD review and deployment when applicable • Ensure follow up activities’ completion post PTA and SIV to ensure site readiness for FSFV • Provide study support on escalated site issues related to study delivery by coordinating communications and resolution efforts
