Qualifications - Du hast bereits >4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Success Management gesammelt, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld mit APIs. - Du hast Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Stakeholdern größerer Unternehmen, kannst Dich mit ihnen vernetzen und Beziehungen aufbauen und so unsere Kunden steuern. - Du hast nachweislich Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und bist in der Lage, IT/Implementierungsprojekte zu führen. - Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist sicher in Vertragsverhandlungen (Deutsch und Englisch). - Du schätzt die Vorteile einer dezentralen Organisation, in der alle Mitarbeiter von zu Hause aus arbeiten. Du wirst ~80% Deiner Aufgaben im Home Office erledigen.
