Senior Test Engineer

Full Scale

• Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage across API and UI layers. • Build and improve reusable automation frameworks. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Support functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. • Identify and communicate non-functional risks including performance and stability concerns. • Help reduce production issues by improving pre-go-live quality coverage. • Work closely with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders throughout delivery. • Support defect triage, quality reporting, and release readiness decisions. • Contribute to documentation and handover to support ongoing delivery and BAU needs.

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in QA automation or test engineering.
  • Strong experience with automation, CI/CD, and framework building.
  • Experience testing APIs and UI workflows.
  • Ability to stay hands-on rather than operating only as a lead or coordinator.
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders while remaining technically deep.
  • Exposure to non-functional or performance testing and related risks.
  • Strong understanding of system stability, failure points, and release readiness.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex integrated systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Availability to work in a remote setup aligned with the required time zone.
