About the team We’re looking for a Full Stack Data Scientist to join our AI Engineering, driving the future of AI-powered developer experience (DevEx internal AI) at monday.com. In this role, you’ll harness the power of generative AI and data science to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that elevate the way developers work - from ideation to production. ***This position is available at our Tel Aviv office only. #LI-DNI About The Role - Leverage generative AI models and data-driven insights to create innovative developer tools and capabilities within monday.com’s ecosystem. - Lead end-to-end AI research and development, from data preparation and experimentation to production deployment, with a focus on evaluating solutions and designing effective performance metrics. - Develop and optimize LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures. - Partner with software engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions used by monday's Builders . - Design and conduct experiments to measure and improve model performance, and overall system impact. - Collaborate on defining AI/ML best practices, tooling standards, and long-term data strategies for the DX group. Requirements - 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist in non-academic settings, with a focus on Large Language Models, NLP, or other deep learning fields - Proven track record of conceiving, designing, and shipping successful agentic-driven projects to production - Hands-on proficiency with modern generative AI models, prompt engineering, multi-agents, and RAG architectures - Proficiency in Python is a must; knowledge of Typescript is an advantage - Team player with strong communication skills - A data-driven innovator passionate about advancing the developer experience through AI. - Curious and creative - eager to explore cutting-edge LLMs and emerging AI frameworks. - Analytical and experimental, with a strong bias for measurable impact and real-world outcomes. - A collaborator who thrives in interdisciplinary environments. - Motivated by impact, experimentation, and empowering developers to achieve more with data and AI. Role Description Goldbelt Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Temporary Junior Data Scientist to work with the Center for Forecasting and Outbreak Analytics, as part of the Office of the Director. This will be a remote position working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). These Temporary Junior Data Scientist positions will report to Goldbelt Professional Services leadership to ensure the execution of timely, high-quality deliverables for the client. This is a Remote Temporary position that will end on or around August 31st contingent on funding, but may go until October. Responsibilities - Collaborate with CFA data scientists to characterize and summarize variations in various data sources/systems. - Apply data science and machine learning methods (e.g., principal component analysis and clustering) to identify data characteristics. - Conduct exploratory regression analyses to examine how identified data relate to disease outbreaks, with the goal of informing future intervention strategies. Qualifications - Attention to detail is necessary to ensure the client receives up to date and correct information. - Be proactive when approaching problems in daily work. - Attempt to troubleshoot issues and discuss solutions with mentors. - Excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges. - Exhibit initiative and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. - Outstanding judgment and decision making, demonstrating analytical and organizational skills. - Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Data science, computer science, information technology, or related field. - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges. - Detailed and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiar with a variety of software (SAS, R, SPSS, Stata, Python, C++). - Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher). Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in public health, statistics, data science, computer science, information technology, or related field.
