• Identify and prioritize international markets based on volume potential and ease of entry — combining market research with business judgment. • Define the full scope of product adaptations required: local compliance, payment methods, language/UX localization, regulatory requirements. • Act as the central coordinator across legal, finance, product, and GTM — translating scope into delivery by aligning multiple teams around a shared timeline. • Work closely with Product Owners who will execute delivery; your job is to orchestrate and unblock, not to disappear after scoping. • Own the launch end-to-end — from market selection through go-live — and track outcomes post-launch. • Communicate progress, risks, and learnings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
