Consultative Pharmacy Technician 2, Consumer Engagement

• Advocate for members understanding pharmacy benefit options • Support transition from retail to mail-order services • Address questions related to pharmacy • Assist with Rx Education/Enrollment processes and medication research • Triage calls requiring consultation with pharmacist • Make outbound calls offering medication therapy management programs • Schedule medication review sessions with consultative pharmacists • Document member interactions thoroughly in accordance with compliance standards • Adhere to scripting protocols while maintaining member-centered conversation style
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years customer service, pharmacy benefit, Pharm Tech, or healthcare experience
- Must have an active Pharmacy Technician License
- Ability to fulfill Annual Verification of license by required deadline
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and drive action through consultative engagement
- Ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment with daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and documentation tools simultaneously

This is for experienced nurse practitioners who understand hormone therapy and want to practice at a high level. The Opportunity: - Seeking experienced, licensed Nurse Practitioners with at least 1 year of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) experience for both men and women. - Part-time and full-time availability. - Providers work remotely and deliver high-impact care through a structured, technology-enabled telehealth model. • Operate within pharmacist-led clinical programs focused on chronic disease, quality improvement, and medication optimization. • Activate on provided lists of eligible patients by outreaching, enrolling, and engaging patients.
